Wow! We have had great attendance at our programs so far which always makes me happy! Last night’s storm put a damper on our storytelling event, but those that did attend heard some great stories from around the world.
Don’t forget there are still plenty of programs to come! This afternoon is our Thursday Theater at 1:30 showing Flushed Away. Next Wednesday (June 30) our guest will be Gary Liesen, the Snakeman! When we had Gary two years ago he entertained a crowd of over 400! His snakes are amazing!! Remember – two shows 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. No registration is required!!
Be sure to mark your calendars for the upcoming concert at Trinity. As our sponsor, they always invite us over to their Healing Gardens for a free concert/celebration of reading. This year our guest will be Thaddeus Rex and his “Read Like a Rock Star” program. July 15 at 6:30 p.m. Bring your friends and family as well as a blanket or lawn chairs. The concert will be held at the Library in case of rain.
